Delicate red in the glass, it offers an intense bouquet of fruits, in particular cherry and morello cherry. When tasted it evolves into intense spicy notes of pepper with exceptional persistence. Excellent even at a temperature of 15/16°C, it goes well with first courses and white meats and some fish, in particular cod.
